Available Services and Facilities

Mobility Access

The museum is equipped with ramps and an elevator to help visitors navigate the different levels of the house and gardens. The pathways are mostly accessible, though some doorways in the historic part of the house can be narrow.

Wheelchair and Crutch Loan

A limited number of wheelchairs and crutches are available to borrow free of charge for the duration of your visit. It is advisable to contact the museum in advance to reserve one if needed.

Other Services

The museum also provides labels in Braille for certain areas and has personnel trained in Mexican Sign Language to assist visitors with visual or hearing impairments. Service animals are welcome in the museum.
